I love this belt during heavy lifts or back day. it helps stabilize my back and I can bear the load versus no belt also it helps prevent injury. The padding is a nice touch so you have some lumbar support. Very good quality material.

The leather is nice and soft but also stiff. It fits perfect and has plenty of loops for your size. I feels very comfy on my lower back because of the wide piece. I definitely reccomend this belt.

Weightlifting Belt Brown

I really was surprised at the quality of this belt. REALLY solid construction, quality leather, buckles well and tight. Even comes with a nifty carrying/storage case which I LOVE! Keeps my gym neat and tidy when not in use and easily accessible when I need it. The blue color was a nice change as well. Why is everything for the gym black? Bring on the colors!!! For reference I wear a women's 10-12 size jeans and ordered the large. Fits well.
