We currently ship across Australia and selected international destinations, including New Zealand and the United States.
All parcels include tracking information that can be monitored through the shipping carrier’s website.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business day after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at inquiries@hitnfitt.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the package and items received
We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
